Security safeguards for customer information
Security describes the data and system controls behind Vayna. Safety describes what you approve and what a person does in the pilot. Both are written so you can check them.
Safeguards that are in place today
These are controls Vayna can describe publicly. No certification, compliance or uptime claim is made here, because none has been separately verified and approved.
Customer separation
Each customer's records are kept separate in the system, so one customer's information does not appear in another's.
Role-based access
Founder, admin, operations, sales and support roles are limited to what each person needs to view or approve.
Human approvals
Anything that reaches a customer, or changes a record in a way that matters, can be held for a person's approval first.
Audit history
Approvals, state changes, denied actions and outcomes are logged so they can be reviewed afterwards.
Secret handling
Credentials and keys are kept in server configuration, never in the public website, and diagnostics do not print them.
Backups
Database backups are taken, and verified, before changes are made to the live system.
Sanitized diagnostics
Error reports identify what failed without printing secrets, tokens or sensitive content.
Internal systems are not public
Administrative and internal tools sit behind a sign-in and are not offered as public pages.
What this page does not claim
Vayna does not claim third-party certifications, regulated-industry compliance, external testing reports, guaranteed service levels or encryption certifications. If one is earned, it will be stated here with its date.
