What Vayna does, how payment and human review work, and how cancellation and refunds are handled.
Who operates Vayna
Vayna is operated by Glo Light Media LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Glo Light Media LLC.
The service
Vayna operates governed digital-employee workflows on a customer's behalf: identifying stalled leads and missed follow-up, and preparing the next useful action. Every outbound customer-facing communication passes through human review before it is sent -- no autonomous send occurs.
Accounts and access
Customer accounts do not currently include a self-service login. Vayna staff handle account changes, data requests, and approvals on the customer's behalf during this phase of the product.
Payment
Fees and billing cadence are set out in the customer's service agreement and processed through Stripe. Payment is confirmed by Stripe webhook, not by a checkout redirect alone.
Cancellation and refunds
Governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy: every request is reviewed, and a Vayna Founder approves it before anything is canceled or refunded.
No outcome guarantees
Vayna prepares and surfaces recovery opportunities for human review; a human decides what to send. We do not guarantee a specific number of recovered leads, appointments, or revenue outcomes, and our reports state plainly what is measured versus not yet available.
Third-party tools
Vayna integrates with payment, email delivery, and AI infrastructure providers to operate the service. Those providers' own terms apply to their part of the service.
Changes
We post the effective date of any material change here and notify active customers by email.
